Tonight I took Chris (K) and Emma with me to deliver a dinner to a family in our neighborhood. On the way home the conversation went like this:
Chris: Mom, tomorrow is election day.
Cindy: Yeah. You're right.
Chris: It's the day you go vote.
Cindy: Yeah. Do you know who there is to vote for Chris?
Chris: Well, there's Barack Obama or... or...
Cindy: John...
Chris: John McCain. That's right. John McCain.
Cindy: Who would you vote for?
Chris: John McCain.
Cindy: Really?! Why not the other guy?
Chris: Tacos Mom. John likes tacos. He also likes to hike.
Cindy: What does Barack like to eat?
Chris: Chili Mom. I don't like chili. We had chili at that one ward party a few weeks ago right? That was chili wasn't it?
Cindy: Yes. It's the bean stuff where you can put cheese on top.
Chris: Yeah. I like tacos Mom.
Chris: Mom, tomorrow is election day.

Sean and I thought this was so cute with Chris. We also loved the pictures of the Great Wolf Lodge...we're still thinking about it. Even though we see eachother every week it's so fun to see what your family is doing. Congrats on 2nd place...you are awesome!
